  • Interesting, but operating a dictaphone isn't an obsolete skill. Walk into your local hospital's billing department and you will see people using one. Anyone getting into the medical coding and billing business at least in the US learns how to use one to this day.

  • I hate to be a party pooper here, but the law is not invalidated yet. The government still has to appeal the decision, and if accepted by the Supreme Court it can be invalidated. District courts cannot strike down a law.
